Zebris Protocol
Integration of Zebris with the OneBite Evolution
The OneBite Evolution complements Zebris by establishing the correct maxillary arch orientation, which is essential for any case. Zebris enhances this by supplying precise jaw movement data, ensuring a more comprehensive assessment and accurate creation of the case.
The laboratory will receive the Zebris jaw movement data, information, and accompanying files from the dental practice via the practice’s preferred file transfer method (email, digital portal, etc.)
Open the laboratory's compatible software and import the OneBite Evolution record files. For 3Shape, follow the 3Shape protocol to adjust the models to the true maxillary arch position. For Exocad, follow its specific protocol. If the files were submitted via the Digital Portal, simply import the upper and lower jaw, as the files have already been correctly positioned in 3D space based on the record data.
Import the Zebris jaw movement data into the laboratory software by selecting the appropriate file and ensure all files are properly loaded.
Utilize the laboratory’s CAD/CAM software to analyze the patient’s jaw movement data. Focus on key elements such as range of motion, occlusal patterns, and any highlighted areas of concern. The jaw movement data is integrated with the OneBite Evolution maxillary arch record, providing an accurate foundation.
