Step By Step Guide
Step 1: Connect Core to Articulator Plate
The mounting adapter enables universal attachment via the articulator plate. Align the raised steel base lines with the raised lines on the articulator plate at the "0" position. If adjustment is needed, the core can be moved forward or backward on the plate.
Step 2: Attach Metal Occlusal Plate
Attach the bottom of the Metal Occlusal Plate to the core of the mounting table. This connection is magnetic and allows for interchangeable plates if necessary.
Step 3: Configure Table for Mounting
To adjust the height, loosen the side locking screw and use the thumb screw at the base to raise or lower the core to the desired height. Once positioned, tighten the side locking screw to lock it in place.
