Step By Step Guide

Step 1: Accessing the Digital Portal

Check your email for a welcome message from our team. It contains your login credentials. From here, click on the link provided in the email and you will be directed to the login page.

Step 2: Logging In

Enter your username and password from the welcome email. Click "Login" to enter the platform. If you have any trouble logging in, you can click on "Forgot Password" to reset it or contact our support team for assistance.

Step 3: Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you will land on the dashboard. Here is where you will submit cases, download files, and have your account access.

Step 4: Set up Your Account

After successfully logging in, navigate to your account to enter your payment details and account information. Following a purchase of either the OneBite Evolution System or the Digital Mounting Adapter, you’ll receive one month of free file conversion before any charges apply.

When submitting files, you’ll select the type of conversion and view the associated cost. The fee is charged on a per-case basis, not through a subscription.

Step 5: Submit Your Files

To submit your files, navigate to the digital portal. Here, you can enter the necessary information, choose a turnaround time, and select the type of conversion you need.
