OneBite University Start Guide
Step By Step Guide
Step 1: Accessing OneBite University
Check your email for a welcome message from our team. It contains:
You login credentials (username and password)
A direct link to the LMS platform.
Click on the link provided in the email, and you will be directed to the login page.
Step 2: Logging In
Enter your username and password from the welcome email.
Click “Login” to enter the platform.
If you have any trouble logging in, you can click on “Forgot Password” to reset it or contact our support team for assistance.
Step 3: Navigating the Dashboard
Once logged in, you will land on the dashboard.
Here you can see:
Courses you’re enrolled in (based on your role as a clinician or technician)
A section with notifications for upcoming assignments or announcements.
Support options for assistance if you encounter issues.
Step 4: Starting Your Course
In the “Courses” section, click on the course relevant to your role:
Clinician System Training
Technician System Training
Once inside the course, you will see a breakdown of the course modules. Click on the first module to start your learning journey.
Step 5: Watching the Course Materials
Each module will include a combination of:
Video tutorials: Watch these carefully to learn how to use the system.
Reading Materials: Review any additional documents or presentations.
After watching the materials, proceed to the next module by clicking “Next” at the bottom of the screen.
At the end of each module, you may be required to complete a quiz or submit an assignment.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the quiz.
You must pass the quiz to move on to the next module.

Step 7: Monitoring Your Progress
Your progress will be tracked in the system. You can view your progress by clicking on the “Progress” tab in your course.
